The Frequency Ride is more than just a bike tour—it’s a moving journey to elevate your body, mind, and spirit. Over the course of three hours, you’ll cycle through scenic routes in town, pausing at hand-selected locations to experience powerful frequency-raising practices.
We begin together with a warm welcome and intention-setting, then ride to our first destination for an invigorating outdoor Kundalini yoga session, combining breathwork, movement, and meditation to awaken your inner energy and expand your awareness. Our journey continues as we pedal to our second stop for a transformative quantum meditative journey, guiding you beyond the limits of the mind into an expanded state of consciousness where deep energetic alignment and clarity can unfold.
Each ride is designed for all fitness levels—you set your own pace, and the emphasis is on connection, not competition. Along the way, you’ll enjoy the fresh air, local beauty, and the uplifting energy of a like-minded group moving…
