About the event
Ecstatic Dance is a DJ-led dance experience where you move freely, without choreography, without talking, without phones, and without substances.
It started over 25 years ago as a community dance in Hawaii and has since become a global movement for people who love music, movement, and getting out of their heads.
There’s no right way to dance. You don’t need experience, flexibility, or confidence—just a willingness to move how your body wants to move.
The DJ guides the night like a musical journey: starting slow and grounded, building into high-energy, messy, cathartic beats, and gradually bringing the room back into calm, spacious, and meditative sounds. Some people sweat. Some people stretch. Some people close their eyes and disappear into the music.
No alcohol. No drugs. No talking on the dance floor.
Just sound, movement, and a room full of people doing their own thing, together.
