3/3 Portal Quantum Sound Journey

Three is the number of creativity and self-expression, and most of us have a little more to say than we let out. On March 3, we explore that through sound you both hear and make. Lisa guides you to settle into your body, then leads a little simple humming, which feels a bit silly for about thirty seconds and then feels wonderful as the vibration settles in your chest and throat. Paul then guides you into the quantum realm to clear the stagnant energy that keeps ideas stuck. Crystal bowls, gongs, chimes, rain sticks, and drums take it from there. You leave lighter, more expressive, and more like yourself. Perfect if you've been stuck on a project, an idea, or a conversation you keep putting off.
