About the event
December gets loud. Parties, travel, gift lists, year-end deadlines. On December 12, we invite you to step out of the rush for one evening and let your body catch up with everything this year asked of you. Lisa starts by guiding you to settle into your body, with a few simple reflection prompts. Then Paul guides you into the quantum realm to clear the stagnant energy and emotional weight that tends to pile up by the end of the year. Warm tones from crystal bowls and gongs, the soft fall of rain sticks, and steady drums wash through the room. It feels like finally exhaling after a long year. You leave rested, grateful, and clear on what you want to bring into the new year.
